iCracked Waterproofing
The screen and body of a smartphone are bonded together with a seal, but when disassembled for repair, the seal is torn to pieces.
At iCracked, we cleanly remove the old seal, reapply a new seal, and firmly crimp the seal using a special press and jig.
In addition, waterproofing inspections are performed before and after the repair to ensure that the waterproofing performance has not been compromised by the repair.

We value your privacy.
Many people feel uneasy about leaving their smartphones, which are filled with private photos and messages, in the hands of strangers.
At the iCracked Store, repairs are performed in front of customers at a face-to-face counter, allowing them to see the entire repair process.
The functionality check before and after the repair will be done with you, unlocked by you. iCracked will never ask you for your password.

Use high quality repair parts.
For Google Pixel, SHARP AQUOS, Motorola, and Xiaomi, iCracked is the only repair store in Japan that can use genuine parts under contract with the manufacturer.
In order to provide even higher quality service, iCracked has contracted with Apple to provide repairs using genuine Apple parts.iCracked does not compromise on the quality of its parts.

No waiting with same-day repair.
With manufacturer repairs, it is not uncommon for repairs to not be available immediately, for example, appointments cannot be made until a week in advance or the repair is done by mail.
If you drop your phone and crack your screen, come to the iCracked Store for same-day repair. If you make an appointment before coming to the store, you can rest assured that there is usually no waiting time!
